WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
  • Delivery time Belgium: 2 working days
  • Delivery time Netherlands: 2 working days
  • Delivery time Luxembourg: 3 to 5 working days
  • Delivery time France: 3 to 5 working days
  • Other countries - transport can be arranged on reque

We strive to deliver all packages within this period. Should your order be delayed, we will inform you.

HOW MUCH SHIPPING COSTS DO I PAY?

For consumers: Orders under € 100 are delivered at a shipping cost of € 5.95 Orders from € 100 are delivered for free. Pick up of orders is possible. For Dealers and B2B customers the following applies: Orders under € 395 excluding VAT will be delivered at a shipping cost of € 9 (excluding VAT). Above that it is free, except for exceptional shipments.

Only shipping costs are charged with the order. (7 EUR for Belgium; 8 EUR for the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany; 14.25€ for the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia. Finally, 25 EUR for other European countries and an applicable rate outside the EU.

There are no shipping costs for purchases > 250 EUR in Benelux, France and Germany; There are no shipping costs for purchases > 500 EUR for the other indicate European countries. ​

The shipping costs will be charged only once, even if the order is delivered in several parts. The contribution to the shipping costs of the order, remains due even if the Buyer asserts his rights to return all or part of his order. Best Performance reserves the right to change these charges during the season.

CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER?

Yes, you can pick up a package for FREE as soon as it is ready.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY METHOD AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you can no longer make changes to the delivery method. Even the customer service department can no longer make changes to it.

I HAVE PLACED 2 OR MORE ORDERS SEPARATELY. CAN I HAVE THEM SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. All orders are handled and shipped separately in our systems. We therefore recommend that you order all desired products at once.

I want to change or cancel my order, is this possible?

Contact us as soon as possible (By email: https://info@best-performance.com%2C/ or by phone +32 (0)9 380 07 47). If the goods have not yet left and the order does not include custom ordered products or personalized products. If the order has already left or the products have been custom ordered, costs will be charged.
