Return and exchange

I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT FIT PROPERLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact our customer service department within 14 days. You can return the product that did not fit properly in original packaging at your own expense. When we receive the product back and have been able to determine after inspection that it is in new condition, we will refund the product. Be sure to mention your IBAN account number and BIC code. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You can order another size/version immediately on the website, we will take care of these shipping costs. This way you will have a new size/version quickly.

If the item is printed it can NOT be exchanged.

Contact our customer service department within 14 days. You can return the unused product in its original packaging. I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our packages are processed and packed manually. Because of this, it can unfortunately happen that we make a mistake when sorting the products. We will gladly correct this should this exceptionally happen.

Please notify our customer service department immediately and let us know exactly what you received. We will immediately investigate what went wrong during processing and take the necessary steps to get you the correct products.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service department immediately.

So be sure to write down your IBAN account number and BIC code on the return form. As soon as we get your package here, we will send you a new product or proceed with a refund if there is no stock left. You are of course always welcome to visit us. On site we can immediately offer you an appropriate solution.

Warranty and exchange

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days after your purchase. Within this period, you may return a product in its original condition and with original accessories. You must pay the return postage yourself. You can simply send an email to https://info@best-performance.com/ with your order number clearly mentioned in the subject of your email. Indicate in this email what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or credit. We will then email you the return procedure. Shipping is always at the expense and risk of the sender. You must also pack the package properly and sufficiently frank it. Only after receipt of the returned goods the credit note will be issued or the exchanged goods will be sent to you. Please note, if the article is printed, it can NOT be exchanged!

Warranty

On all our products we provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This means that we will replace or repair free of charge any product that is defective due to a manufacturing error. Normal wear and tear due to intense use is not covered by warranty. All our products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This means that we will replace or repair, free of charge, any product that is defective due to a manufacturing error. Normal wear and tear due to heavy use is not covered by the warranty. Damage or wear and tear caused by improper use of a product is not covered by warranty.

How do you apply for warranty?

Take a digital photo of the package and your receipt or invoice and email it to info@best-performance.com. We will review the photos and in consultation with the manufacturer will determine whether a defect is under warranty. If it is under warranty, we will have the package picked up and arrange for repair or replacement. If it is not under warranty, we may find a solution to repair the item.

How do you return something?

Returns are simple and easy. With the 14-day return guarantee, you return at your own expense. However, in case of warranty or faulty delivery this is free of charge. Always pack your order very well and securely to prevent damage. The return procedure will be sent to you by email after your request, tailored to your needs and situation. How and when will I receive my refund?

If you provide your bank account number you will be refunded no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods. If you do not provide your bank account number, you will receive a voucher (valid for 3 months) for a subsequent purchase.
